Phase II Construction has begun at Marketplace at Neshaminy in Bensalem, PA.  Two pads are being consturcted, one is future home to an ALDI and the other will have multiple spaces available with T-Mobile on the endcap.  There is currently 8,800 SF for lease on the pad.  Pics included!
