Paramount has recently signed new leases with Food Lion, ALDI, Five Below, Super Buy Rite Liquors and Kid City When Enfield Commons was acquired in 2009, Paramount inherited a 30,000 square foot vacant former Linens 'N Things. Paramount has signed leases with ALDI (20,000 square feet) projected to open in August 2010, and Five Below (10,000 square feet) who opened in October 2009. Enfield Commons is anchored by Marshall's, Barnes & Noble, Michaels, Bob's Stores, Office Depot, Petco, and Old Navy. Food Lion's Bottom Dollar concept has signed a 15 year lease for 21,000 square feet at Ganttown Plaza in Turnersville, NJ. Ganttown Plaza is located on Route 42 (Blackhorse Pike). Other tenants include Forman Mills, Blockbuster, NJ Division of Motor Vehicles, TD Bank, LA Boxing, Glidden Paints, and Prudential. Super Buy Rite Liquors signed a 10 year lease for 9,000 square feet at Tri City Plaza located at the intersection of Route 70 and Route 9 in Toms River, NJ. Tri City Plaza is anchored by Super Stop & Shop. Tenants include Dollar Tree, Wachovia, The Little Gym, McDonald's, Great Clips, and Verizon Wireless. Kid City recently signed a lease for 10,000 square feet at Northeast Tower Center located on Roosevelt Blvd (Route 1) in Philadelphia, PA. The shopping center is anchored by Wal-Mart and Home Depot. Other tenants include Staples, PetSmart, Ross Dress For Less, Mandee, Old Navy, and Dollar Tree.
