On April 6, 2009, Paramount Realty Services purchased the 252,000 square foot Enfield Commons shopping center in Enfield, CT from Centro Properties Group for $24 Million, or about $95 per square foot. The center includes national tenants such as Marshalls, Barnes & Noble, Bobs Stores, Old Navy, Office Depot, Michaels, Petco, and a vacant former Linens N Things.
