Paramount has signed a lease with Aspen Dental at Enfield Commons located at 25 Hazard Avenue in Enfield, Connecticut. Paramount will begin construction shortly on the 3,200 square foot pad adjacent to T-Mobile. Enfield Commons remains 100% leased to a strong list of national tenants including Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, Marshalls, Michaels, Office Depot, Bob’s Stores, Aldi Supermarket, Petco, and Five Below.
