Paramount Realty, in partnership with Cayre Equities of New York City, purchased Bey Lea Plaza. 

Bey Lea Plaza, located on the corner of Hooper Ave and Bay Ave in Toms River, is a 79,832 square foot center anchored by PetSmart, Vitamin Shoppe, Friendly's, Wells Fargo, DXL, Burlington, and Lane Bryant.

The Ocean County Mall is located across the street. 

There are plans for major upgrades to the property.
