Construction has started at what will be considered Phase II of the Village at Cambridge Crossing located just off of I-295 on the corner of Route 38 and Briggs Road, adjacent to the new 800,000 sf Centerton Square. Phase II will consist of a Ruby Tuesday pad and an additional 15,000 sf pad with five spaces. Leases are currently in the process of negotiation and finalization. Existing tenants at Cambridge Crossing include LA Fitness, Borders Bookstore, Ann Taylor Loft, Talbots, Chicos, Omaha Steaks, Cold Stone, etc.
