The property is 90% leased and currently tenanted by Home Depot, Acme, Babies R Us, and AMC Movies. It's strategically located just off I-95 on the corner of Woodhaven Road and Bristol Pike. Paramount plans to totally renovate the property with demolition, additions, expansions and replacement of the entire exterior of the shopping center, parking lot, pylon signs, roof, etc.
