•    Virtua has opened a new 6300sf Urgent Care Facility in Westmont Plaza, in Westmont, NJ
•    Target will open a new small format store (approximately 50,000sf) in Westmont, NJ in Summer of 2018.
•    Shoe Carnival will open in The Festival at Exton in October 2017.
•    Home Goods opened at Festival at Mays Landing this Spring.
•    IHOP just signed a lease for the Pad in The Festival at Exton.
•    Seafood Palace signed a lease for 10,000sf in Northeast Towers.
•    Dunkin Donuts signed a pad lease at Quarry Crossings in Downingtown, PA.
