Paramount Realty has acquired a Property located on the corner of Bristol Pike (Rt. 13) and Woodhaven Rd (Rt. 63) just off I-95 in Bensalem Township, (Bucks County) Pennsylvania. Tenants on the parcel include Verizon Wireless, Dunkin Donuts, Bob Evans, etc. The Property is also located directly across the street from Paramount’s existing, newly redeveloped, 350,000 square foot Home Depot Plaza. That center is anchored by Acme, AMC Movie, Home Depot, Babies R Us, McDonald’s and MAB Paints. This acquisition marks Paramount’s third acquisition in Bensalem Township, PA in the last 2 years. Back in 2005, Paramount acquired the Marketplace at Neshaminy, anchored by Home Depot, Target, and LA Fitness located across from the Neshaminy Mall.
