The center has a complementary mix of small shop tenants ranging from food, medical, service, and entertainment uses.

West Manchester Town Center enjoys direct visibility along the highly traveled Route 30 corridor and benefits from its immediate trade area of over 140,000 people living within five miles. The center draws from an even wider than normal radius, mainly due to its regional connection to Interstate 83.
