Paramount has recently signed two, long term leases with Bottom Dollar Supermarket (Food Lion Parent Company) and Furniture Mecca at Ganttown Plaza on Route 42 in Turnersville, New Jersey. The space, formerly occupied by Forman Mills, is 44,000 sq ft and was split in half to satisfy each tenant. Both stores opened for business in December and continue to drive traffic to the plaza. Tenants at Ganttown Plaza include Footprints, Glidden Paint Center, LA Boxing, Division of Motor Vehicles, Palace Buffet, TD Bank, and Firestone.
