Leases Signed

• Upland Square in Pottstown, Pennsylvania has welcomed several new national tenants this year including ULTA Cosmetics, Ross Stores, Burlington Coat Factory, Verizon Wireless, and TREK Bicycles


• Five Below has signed a lease for 8,500 square feet of new construction space next to PetSmart at Town Square Plaza in Temple, PA


• ALDI and T-Mobile have signed leases for the new construction pads in front of Target at the Marketplace at Neshaminy in Neshaminy, PA


• Ocean Landings II in Berlin, MD is welcoming Ross Stores, IHOP, Dollar Tree and PetSmart


• Jersey Mike’s signed a lease at Mill Creek Annex at Harmon Meadow in Secaucus, NJ


• Leisure Center in Lakewood, NJ welcomes Quest Diagnostics and Lucky 7 Convenience Store


• AAA will be joining Enfield Commons in Enfield CT on a new construction 11,000 square foot pad along Freshwater Boulevard


• Festival at Hamilton in Mays Landing, NJ will be home to Great Clips, Bellyssimo and a new Laundromat
