Paramount Realty recently completed the sale of a 32,000 square foot retail building located at 1604 Route 35 in Ocean Township, NJ. Two years ago the building was totally vacant when Paramount received the leasing assignment from Ancar Realty Corp. Paramount successfully procured leases with Nostalgia Oak Furniture, Sherwin Williams, Fabric Collection, and Strike Zone. Ancar then hired Paramount to sell the fully leased center in the beginning of 2007. The strip was sold this past month to a real estate investor based in New York City for approximately $3,000,000. That marks almost $250,000,000 worth of investment sales acquisitions and brokerage over the last few years for Paramount.
