Paramoount Realty and Edgewood Properties acquired the 755,000 SF Brunswick Square Mall in East Brunswick, NJ.  Brunswick Square Mall is located at 755 Route 18 with anchored including Macy's and JCPenney.  

The mall is currently 100% occupied and includes other major tenants like Old Navy, AMC Theatres, Barnes & Noble, Foot Locker, Hollister, Forever 21, and Red Robin.  Brunswick Square benefits from a high traffic, in-fill location that is easily accessible.  There are plans for a complete redevelopment of the mall in the near future.
